Listening to client feedback is a key driver for making customers happy while refining products and services. •The heart of TrustYou consists of: Customer Experience Platform (CXP), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and chatAI. •TrustYou's Customer Experience Platform (CXP) is an innovative solution that collects actionable insights and helps to make brilliant business decisions. •Customer Data Platform (CDP) focuses on data-driven insights to understand your customers and market to them most effectively. •chatAI is an intelligent tool that allows you to be where your customers are and respond to inquiries faster than humanly possible. •Understanding the sales cycle will be crucial, particularly in the SaaS enterprise environment where long sales cycles are common. •You will develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Hotel Tech Report. •You will be focused on driving high-quality leads and conversions through targeted paid advertising efforts. •A key part of your role includes continuously optimizing campaigns to improve performance, reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns. •Expert Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads). •Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). •Exceptional written and spoken English skills. •Google and LinkedIn advertising and analytic platforms (required) •Proficiency in using social media advertising tools. •Strong understanding of funnel-based performance marketing practices. •Growth mindset with a bias toward action •A leader who works in the team - you like "doing" and getting your hands dirty •Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects. •Comfortable working in a remote work environment. •Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
