📋 Description

• Conduct advanced research to identify key decision-makers and potential prospects. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting. • Initiate outbound communication to introduce OTO's products/services. • Tailor communication to prospect needs and challenges. • Engage in conversations to understand pain points and goals of clients. • Qualify leads based on criteria and collaborate with sales team. • Utilize technical skills to communicate OTO's products/services. • Maintain records of prospect interactions in CRM. • Generate reports on outreach activities and lead conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B environment. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Cargo sales experience (must-have). • Ability to sell products and services by visiting customers. • International experience (big plus). • Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups (big plus).
