• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients. • Generate revenue by effectively managing enterprise accounts. • Develop strategic advisory relationships with key accounts. • Conduct periodic strategic account reviews with key clients. • Consistently exceed monthly expansion and renewal targets. • Optimize OTO's onboarding processes. • Strategically arrange and execute product demonstration meetings. • Collaborate with the Customer Success team. • Analyze client data and usage patterns. • Act as a liaison between clients and the technical support team. • Partner with clients to create and maintain success plans. • Establish client advocacy programs. • Accurately forecast contract renewals and expansion opportunities. • Monitor competitor activities and share insights with internal teams. • Manage the entire client lifecycle. • Negotiate and finalize contracts. • Arrange product demonstration meetings with corporate accounts.
