Description

• Assist in evaluating and resolving basic technical issues within OTO’s systems, such as account setups and elementary network configurations, under the supervision of senior team members; • Help address and handle technical support inquiries from OTO’s clients effectively, forwarding more complex issues to senior staff as needed; • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and apply basic questioning techniques to help identify the root causes of technical challenges; • Provide entry-level technical support to OTO’s clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), ensuring timely follow-up on issues; • Assist in crafting basic SQL queries, including using JOINs and subqueries to extract data for troubleshooting purposes; • Gather valuable know how on the use of tools like Postman and APIs, gaining foundational knowledge of integration processes to assist in resolving technical concerns; • Support the team in analyzing data using Excel functions, such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and IF statements, to ensure data integrity; • Effectively monitor error logs and utilize log management tools (experience with Google Cloud for log monitoring is preferred); • Accurately document and assist in closing technical issues under guidance; • Acquire an understanding of eCommerce, warehousing, and shipping processes to enhance the ability to address client inquiries in these areas; • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new software releases and updates as part of your training.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor’s program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. • Able to commit to working 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate both work and study commitments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • International experience • Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
