📋 Description

• Rockstar is recruiting for a foundation dedicated to growing and supporting a community that builds, innovates, and maintains public infrastructure for the Internet and financial system. • This client achieves its mission through education, community support, and strategic initiatives. • As the Business Operations Coordinator, engage in various tasks from data entry and grant operations to system maintenance and financial management. • Ideal candidates will have experience in operations, strong organizational skills, and meticulous data handling. • Job Responsibilities include data entry, accounts payable/receivable, billing information collection, cryptocurrency transaction tracking, grant payment coordination, fixed asset schedules, documentation, grants operations, Fluxx platform support, system maintenance, and ad hoc tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience in financial operations, administrative support, or a similar role. • Proficiency in database management and data entry. • Familiarity with grants management and financial processes is highly preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with Fluxx or similar grant management software is a plus. • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Experience with Airtable. • Familiarity with banking operations and AR/AP processes. • Experience using block explorers to track cryptocurrency transactions. • Bonus: Interest or experience with crypto products.
