📋 Description
• Managing learning and development projects including project budget, project plan, financial reporting, gathering and documenting technical requirements for projects • Create full-scale project plans, schedules and associated communications documents for projects • Manage end-to-end learning projects from project initiation to project close • Define clear project scope, goals, deliverables, milestones and success metrics • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and issues, and devise contingency plans • Evaluate and assess results of project post completion
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency with project management tools • Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Office 365, etc. • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities • 5+ years of previous experience in Project Management • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is preferred • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of Latin American culture, enabling effective communication and relationship building with stakeholders and team members.
