📋 Description
• Run daily stand ups • Run biweekly sprint plans • Manage ongoing sprints by coordinating with agency teams, creative, technology and growth to ensure tasks are being met and completed on time. • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, as well as take meeting notes • Define client deliverables with the Campaign Manager • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets within Productive (Gantt chart) • Provide weekly sprint plan reports to the team on tasks that are due • Identify and allocate resources • Assign tasks to project team members within the pod • Monitor project progress against established milestones/timelines • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform project planning, ensure all time tracking is up to date, and follow up with team members if time is missing
