📋 Description

• The Environmental Project Manager will serve a key support role for the assessment and mitigation of environmental risk in transactions, strategic initiatives, and remedial projects. • This role will provide transactional environmental risk support for business development, real estate transactions, and new projects and initiatives. • Additional responsibilities include establishing communication rhythms with key internal stakeholders and supporting development of standard operating best practices. • Responsible for providing technical support to the GE Vernova portfolio of remedial projects through various support functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College in environmental science, geology, engineering, biology, chemistry, or equivalent discipline. • Significant experience in applied project management in environmental, remediation and/or EHS. • Demonstrated experience in providing environmental real estate and/or M&A transactional support. • Expert familiarity of ASTM standard and process for assessing risk via Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. • Demonstrated experience coordinating environmental due diligence efforts for large, complex transactions. • Proven ability to coordinate with consultant teams to generate project cost estimates, scopes of work, proposals, and reports. • Excellent communication (oral/written) skills. • Demonstrated collaboration skills within diverse teams. • Strong technical and analytical aptitude to understand and articulate complicated trade-offs.
