• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred. • 2-3 years’ experience performing pre-sales activities with 4+ years’ experience working with Microsoft CRM / D365 CE technology in a professional services environment. • Minimum of 5 years’ project leadership experience, including 2+ years’ experience leading enterprise-level projects in a professional services or consulting environment. • Mastery of D365 Enterprise Applications including previous technical skills with Dynamics 365 CRM. • Preferred experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, Data / AI, Customer Insights, Power BI, Modern Workplace, SharePoint, etc. • Certification in relevant Microsoft discipline(s) preferred. • Consulting leadership experience working for a Microsoft partner with spectacular client references. • Experience in client relationship and team building. • Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives. • Previous experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
