📋 Description

• Serve a critical role in understanding customer needs and transforming them into training resources. • Report to the Learning Experience Designer Manager. • Responsible for design, development, delivery, management, and measurement of a client knowledge base and/or training curriculum.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing e-learning, leveraging Articulate Storyline or similar tools, applying Adult Learning Theory, and implementing knowledge management strategies to ensure accessible and well-structured content. • Strong technical writing skills to develop clear, concise, and effective learning materials. • Skilled in Microsoft Office (advanced PowerPoint, basic Excel), Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP), and learning technology apps for rapid design. • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, time-critical environment, and familiarity with task management tools. • Experience in learning data analysis to assess behavioral and business impact of training programs. • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, technical writing, and presentation/facilitation abilities. • Proven ability to work in diverse teams, foster a teamwork-driven environment, and maintain a high customer service orientation. • Strong eye for detail, adherence to processes, and a passion for refining instructional content to enhance learning experiences. • Availability to work during US time zones
