Description

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality management system • Perform dynamic process audits • Provide detailed assessment reports for improvement initiatives • Lead problem investigations and process improvements • Work independently and collaboratively while requiring moderate travel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from a 4-year university. • Self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to manage a diverse workload with minimal direct supervision. • 9+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of Mechanical Engineering education and experience. • Ability to perform process and product audits in accordance with TTX procedures. • Strong ability to communicate and interface with shop management, supervision, and other associated personnel. • Proficient with computer software such as Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint. • Requires the ability to read and interpret data, and work in an industrial environment. • Proficient in applying mathematical analysis to problem solving. • Proficient in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from various stakeholders. • Requires the ability to obtain a TWIC card and eRailsafe Badge.
