• About Turing: Based in Palo Alto, California, Turing is the world’s first AI-powered tech services company. • Job Description: The Benefits Specialist is part of the People Ops team and will be responsible for the management of vendors, systems, processes, and operations for all benefit programs at Turing. • Responsibilities include: Benefits Administration, Broker and Vendor Relations, Benefits Systems Management, enforcing policies, Leave Management, Visa Administration, auditing confidential data, Help Desk Support, and Employee Communication.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or other related field. • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and/or total rewards. • Working knowledge of relevant employment laws (e.g., FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA) and experience ensuring compliance • Experience collaborating with Legal, Compensation, Stock Administration, or Payroll stakeholders. • PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR Certification. • Experience working with a global benefits program or EOR program. • Proficiency in building reports and analyzing benefits data for actionable insights. • Familiarity with integrations and workflows to optimize HRIS and benefits systems.
