We can help with that. • myHR Partner has a remote Human Resources Manager opportunity available. • You’ll work with multiple clients daily, switching gears and challenging your HR knowledge and skills. • Our employees are full-time, hands-on, outsourced human resources partners to multiple client companies. • You’ll be a business partner with a variety of small to midsize companies working directly with owners and company leadership. • Act as their internal human resources team in conjunction with other assigned teammates. • Manage and execute day-to-day HR strategy for our clients, providing guidance to management, benefits, employee relations, policy writing and implementation, payroll, compliance, training, and worker’s compensation.
• A degree in HR or Business (with a focus in HR), and/or SHRM or HRCI certifications • 5+ years strategic and hands-on experience working as a department of one or a small team, supporting all of the HR needs and the entire employee life cycle required. • Bilingual - Spanish a plus • Well-versed in MS Office and various HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems • Align with our philosophy of keeping up with trends • Excel at relationship building and adapting to a diverse customer base • Living the “human" in Human Resources • We believe deeply in diversity and all the fascinating characteristics that make us each unique
