🎯 Requirements

• HR Expertise & Education: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of HR experience (HR Generalist, HR Administration, or People Programs role). Bonus points for a Master’s in HR or SHRM, PHR, or HRCI certification (or actively pursuing one). • Strategic Problem-Solving & Tech Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in HR software, performance management tools, and intermediate Excel, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly. • Effective Communication & Influence: Excellent ability to coach managers, present ideas, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate across teams. Bonus points for de-escalation and coaching expertise. • Resources & Compliance Knowledge: Basic understanding of state and federal requirements and policies • Culture & Employee Growth Champion: Passion for fostering an inclusive workplace, coaching managers on feedback and performance, and driving a positive employee experience.
