β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. β’ As an integral part of the Human Resources department, you will provide essential administrative support and contribute to creating a positive employee experience. β’ This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and grow your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. β’ Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. β’ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and digital. β’ Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. β’ Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrollment. β’ Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies. β’ Assist with payroll processing by collecting time and attendance data and ensuring accuracy. β’ Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement activities. β’ Respond to employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. β’ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. β’ Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in Human Resources or a related field preferred. β’ Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR. β’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β’ A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach. β’ Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
