β’ A bachelorβs degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. β’ 6-10 years of comprehensive HR experience in a global environment; prior experience as a business partner β’ 5+ years solid experience with HRIS systems and survey tools β’ Minimum of 3 + years of compensation and market analysis experience β’ Solid understanding of multiple human resource subject areas, including full cycle recruitment, compensation practices, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws β’ Expertise in implementing business and change programs and processes that yield positive results. β’ Demonstrable track record as a strong partner to the business; experience in high-growth businesses and/or SaaS preferred β’ Demonstrable knowledge of employment law, compliance, and policy development and implementation β’ Excellent communication skills and ability to optimally communicate, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook) β’ Ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions β’ Proven sensitivity to confidential materials/issues β’ Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and responding to changing business conditions
