Description

β€’ Support the full cycle recruitment process, employee relations, talent management and development, and compensation programs. β€’ Develop programs and activities to engage and connect a fully dispersed workforce. β€’ Design approaches for evaluating and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. β€’ Create and maintain job descriptions with associated market. β€’ Support Performance and Talent management, workforce and succession planning, and career pathing. β€’ Conduct exit interviews, stay interviews, and provide real time feedback. β€’ Support HRIS analytics/dashboards (Paylocity).

Requirements

β€’ A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. β€’ 6-10 years of comprehensive HR experience in a global environment; prior experience as a business partner β€’ 5+ years solid experience with HRIS systems and survey tools β€’ Minimum of 3 + years of compensation and market analysis experience β€’ Solid understanding of multiple human resource subject areas, including full cycle recruitment, compensation practices, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws β€’ Expertise in implementing business and change programs and processes that yield positive results. β€’ Demonstrable track record as a strong partner to the business; experience in high-growth businesses and/or SaaS preferred β€’ Demonstrable knowledge of employment law, compliance, and policy development and implementation β€’ Excellent communication skills and ability to optimally communicate, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook) β€’ Ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions β€’ Proven sensitivity to confidential materials/issues β€’ Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and responding to changing business conditions
