🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. • Minimum 3-5 years in an HR/People Business Partner role. • Demonstrated ability to connect talent initiatives to broader business goals. • Experience consulting in a complex, matrixed organization. • Solid experience with core HR domains, including performance management and employee relations. • Strong ethical standards and collaborative work style. • Effective coaching and facilitation skills. • Experience helping global organizations scale while addressing diverse team needs. • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills. • Experience analyzing survey or program data for actionable improvements. • Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems; data analysis proficiency is a plus. • Ability to travel up to 10% globally based on client needs.
