• Lead HR processes and shape company culture • Develop AI-driven HR strategies • Scale systems for onboarding and payroll • Support teams and ensure contractor alignment • Organize team events and check-ins • Conduct compensation analysis • Develop plans for team growth • Build a People Operations team over time
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years building People Operations teams at startups • Experience with teams of 50 to 150 people • Deep understanding of startup HR and remote team challenges • Strong interpersonal skills • Understanding of American political system • Leading culture for remote organizations • Analytical mindset • Experience with Generative-AI tools • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
