📋 Description

• About Tailscale: Building new Internet for secure interconnectivity. • People Operations Partner role advising new hires and employees on processes. • Knowledgeable in employee relations and scaling programs informed by data. • Execute People Operations strategy with organization and detail. • Collaborate on talent acquisition and development programs. • Ensure employee training and resource assistance. • Guidance for developing talent and innovating benefits programs. • Support administration of People programs and employee lifecycle. • Automate reporting for employee trend insights. • Lead onboarding processes and ad-hoc projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a People Operations role • Expert business acumen and analytical skills • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws • Familiarity with global benefit best practices • Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity • Startup experience is strongly preferred • Strong situational adaptability in both written and verbal communication • Passion for program development and policy improvements! • Proficient in Google Workspace • Proficiency in HRIS, benefit administration, and ATS platforms. • High level business acumen, discretion, and analytical/technical skills • Naturally curious problem solver, well-organized, and a strong effective communicator • Strong partnership skills within People org • Attention to detail is your strength • Live our values, every day
