🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
