Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a people manager role within the creative or advertising industries, ideally specializing in digital executions or creative resourcing. • Proven track record of managing creative teams and delivering successful projects on time and within budget. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, while mentoring and developing team members’ skills. • Possess a curious and analytical mindset with proficiency in project management software and digital advertising platforms, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize production processes • Comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic and advertising industries, technologies, and processes. • Proven experience managing client and vendor relationships. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and senior management.
