📋 Description

• Turn.io powers life-improving conversations. • Our chat platform and impact community enable organisations to scale access to vital services. • Manage global hiring, onboarding, and employee support. • Set up and maintain performance management processes (360 feedback, reviews, development plans). • Support managers and employees with performance discussions and documentation. • Advise the team on matters such as leave, compensation, benefits, and resolve any issues that may arise. • Draft and review contracts (employment and freelancing). • Provide input into payroll and company benefits. • Maintain HR policies, records, and ensure compliance across countries. • Collaborate with external legal and HR partners as needed. • Continuously streamline and improve HR processes.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. • 5+ years of work experience in people operations or related fields. • 3 years of experience in hiring, developing, and, when necessary, making tough people decisions. • Experience with hiring technical/digital roles within the technology field is a plus. • Strong HR functional expertise; with a deep understanding of employment law, immigration, benefits, and policy management to build HR processes that align with legal requirements. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment. • Global and/or remote team experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Committed to efficiency—constantly identifying ways to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and implement tools that improve workflows. • Motivated by purpose-driven work. • Fluency in English is required. • Team building experience is a plus.
