• Position Title: Digital Organizing Manager • Location: Remote • Salary: $76,440 - $98,280 • Responsibilities include supporting digital organizing across voter contact programs and leading Shape Up the Vote implementation. • Open to all backgrounds and encourages applicants to be eager to learn. • Position is remote with core hours from M-F, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
🎯 Requirements
• At least two election cycles or 1–2 years of organizing or outreach experience • Deeply committed to electing Democrats • Strong communicator with experience writing outreach • Exceptional organizational skills • Comfortable using customer relationship databases • Empathetic and efficient communicator • Curious and resourceful • Skilled at working independently • Experience using Google Workspace
