Description
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical staff • Perform daily client work remotely and occasionally on-site • Provide support Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM ET • Maintain awareness of current work and status • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of all client inquiries • Lead our standing engineering meetings • Assist with new client onboarding • Organize daily activities based on current projects • Mentor and train the tech team
Requirements
• Must have experience with Microsoft Stack (Azure, Microsoft 365/Office, Windows 10 & 11 Desktop) • Experience managing multiple high-complexity projects • Familiarity with project management tools
