β’ Manage the development of product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition, execute roadmap for assigned product features. β’ Define the requirements for each feature and the desired user experience. β’ Lead a team of business analysts to gather and analyze information to define product requirements and data definition β’ Manage communication with the Product Management Council (PMC) and obtain their approvals to identify and prioritize the scope of upcoming releases β’ Perform issue discovery and draft solution proposals in conjunction with business stakeholders β’ Review user stories, participate in grooming sessions, manage backlog, communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to development team β’ Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality to all stakeholders β’ Assist in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives. β’ Review product documentation and collateral related to products being built β’ Regularly interact across functional areas with executives and senior management to ensure business unit objectives are met β’ Combine research and feedback from internal sales pitches, end user emails, feature requests, beta team comments, distributor/partner feedback, feedback from team members to suggest and plan product work. β’ Manage the prioritization of features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives.
β’ 10 plus years' experience working in Product Management roles β’ Strong SDLC knowledge, with excellent process and system documentation skills β’ Proven experience in defining Product Specifications in large-scale enterprise applications β’ Ability and readiness to work hands-on if needed to achieve team effort by assisting with requirements creation, Figma wireframing β’ Strong understanding of the mobile product apps and interest in blockchain technology β’ Expertise in Agile methodology β’ Demonstrated leadership and people management skills β’ Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management β’ Exposure to working in diverse, multicultural and global company is a plus
