Requirements
• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles in startups. • Proven experience building and optimizing recruitment processes from the ground up. • Exceptional sourcing and talent engagement skills, especially for senior and executive-level hires. • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with Ashby and Gem.
