• Willingness to work flexibly in rotational schedules. • 3-4 years of experience working in operations in customer facing teams, preferably in eCommerce or Telecommunications. • Basic technical skills including basic SQL and understanding of APIs and data analytics. • Empathic and love working with customers and carriers to solve problems and questions, backed with data. • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills and comfortable with ambiguity. • Above average written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate concepts/ideas clearly. • Willing to collaborate with partners in the industry to resolve issues and build trust. • Good time management and organizational skills, comfortable working under pressure.
