• Lead Twilio’s Data Governance and data insights product • Ensure data privacy and compliance across teams • Manage data flow, securing, and access controls • Bridge to reporting systems trusted by customers, executives and shareholders
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced company • Strong background in Data Governance, leading initiatives including cataloging metadata, data reliability, sensitive data classification and access management • Experience with data platforms, customer engagement platforms, or streaming applications, including big data ecosystem technologies (Kafka, Spark, Presto/Athena, etc.) • Technically savvy with cloud, APIs, communications, enterprise software, data reliability, and ETL techniques • Customer oriented with the ability to understand challenges and articulate a vision • Ability to prioritize customer requirements from many sources and work with engineering and design • Experience with a data insights product with a large user base • Strategic problem solver with 24x7 service operation experience • Ability to solve sophisticated problems and navigate uncharted waters
