📋 Description

• Join Twilio as the Senior Director, Product Management - Twilio Data Substrate. • Shape the future of communications while working remotely. • Work within a strong culture of connection and global inclusion. • Lead the development of data governance frameworks and policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, governance, or strategy roles. • Deep understanding of data movement, storage, integration, governance, and system observability frameworks. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams. • Strong knowledge of data management best practices. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity. • Experience with data cataloging and governance tooling is a plus. • Worked on data platforms and streaming applications. • Proficiency in the big data ecosystem e.g. Kafka, Spark. • Technically savvy and experienced with APIs and enterprise software. • Customer-oriented approach.
