📋 Description

• serve as an overlay to Account Executives and Solutions Engineers • drive GTM org’s multi-year, multiproduct transformation • author and support highest profile customer conversations • define, improve, and hone the playbook • trusted liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales • accelerate multiproduct adoption • work closely with the new Demo Engineering team • approximately 10-20% travel expected • participate in building relationship with customers

🎯 Requirements

• commercially-minded and technically capable builder-sellers • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or system architecture design • strong understanding of Twilio’s products and services • familiarity with cloud platforms and architecture principles • exceptional communication skills • strong project management skills • leadership DNA • data-driven and outcomes oriented • excellent written and oral communication skills • executive presence and strong communication skills • a bias for action
