📋 Description
• This position enables our customers to build the future of communications. • Senior Solutions Engineers are responsible for delivering the Technical Win and best Product Fit to our customers. • They lead the technical pre-sales relationship and drive technical discovery. • Senior Solutions Engineers are comfortable engaging with mid-level managers and software engineers. • You will run low to mid-complexity opportunities and have exposure to the deal cycle.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 6+ years supporting technical products with customer-facing experience • Excellent communicator and presenter • Engaging storyteller • Ability to build a deep understanding of customers' communications needs • Previous software development experience or working knowledge in backend or web development • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
