Description
• Lead the global HR Technology team • Shape and optimize HR technology stack • Manage and enhance platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow • Drive strategic initiatives and foster innovation • Ensure efficient operations to support employee lifecycle
Requirements
• Proven experience (8+ years) in HR technology leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and other Talent platforms. • Ability to lead a global, matrixed organization. • Experience establishing HR Tech processes and infrastructure in a high-growth organization, preferably in a high-tech industry. • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis, standards development, HR metrics, and reporting. • Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentation skills.
