Description

• We have an amazing opportunity for an energetic and organized individual to join the Finexio team who is passionate about Human Resources and has strong Generalist experience. • This person will hunt to find the best new hires, support and grow our people and their managers, works quickly and efficiently to build up process and structure around the organization.

Requirements

• 5 years' Human Resources experience in Finance and/or SaaS environment (payments a plus) • Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate to expert required, power user a plus- MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and procedures as well as employee relations procedures and applicable law • PHR or SHRM-CP certifications preferred • Startup experience highly preferred • Must demonstrate a high level of trust, confidentiality, and good judgment • Must have superior oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel • High Emotional Intelligence: Skilled in understanding and managing personal emotions and empathizing with others.
