• Join Twilio as a Technical Program Manager • Facilitate teams to meet product delivery goals • Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and stakeholders • Identify dependencies, risks, and resolve blockers • Drive strategic cross-functional planning and prioritization • Establish program frameworks, tools, and best practices • Act as a servant-leader to help teams succeed

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical program management, project management. • BA/BS degree in computer science or similar degree. • Structure and lead complex cross-functional programs for product and cross-company initiatives. • Drive towards continuous improvement through data analysis. • Support the transparency and communication of the program's health and progress. • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Highly accountable with strategic thinking ability. • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive solutions. • Experience in Agile Program Management is a plus. • Certification in Project Management or relevant discipline is desired. • Experience in telephony, email, messaging, social media, or other electronic communications desirable. • Experience in the Telecom Industry is a plus. • Experience in B2B software companies; CPaaS is a plus.
