• Join an innovative team at the intersection of healthcare and advanced technology. • As the Technical Lead Manager of the Data Platform team, you will have the unique opportunity to lead, design, and develop the next-generation data store and data pipeline at Twin, driving the foundation for our data-driven AI products and scaling our growing business. • You’ll manage a team of software engineers and collaborate with teams of passionate engineers, data analysts, and AI experts who are committed to innovation, scalability, and excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including at least 1+ years of technical leadership. • Strong expertise in modern data architectures, including cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks) and ELT data pipelines. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and distributed data processing frameworks (Snowflake, Spark, Flink, or similar). • Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Databricks, or similar) and data pipeline automation. • Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance best practices. • Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing and high-impact engineering teams. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, align team planning with business priorities, and filter requests to ensure focus on high-impact work. • Passion for mentoring and growing engineers while maintaining a hands-on technical role. • This remote opportunity is available to US based persons.
