Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst • Able to apply structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyse and communicate complex business and technical problems and opportunities, within a defined project • Skilled in analysing business goals, objectives, functions and processes, using relevant information and data to support the definition of requirements • Skilled in helping to ensure proposed solutions meet business, technical and user needs • Ability to understand the impact of potential changes and how business processes, systems, data, roles and responsibilities interact • Experienced in supporting the implementation of proposed business improvements • Ability to work under limited supervision to communicate with stakeholders clearly and regularly, clarifying mutual needs and commitments through consultation and consideration of impacts while focusing on user and business needs • Ability to present findings in an accessible and easy to understand way to support data-informed decision making, based on user research • Proficient in creating clear and effective end-user communications, developing comprehensive training materials, and delivering concise project update communications
