Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field • Strong knowledge of the India job market, trends, and regulations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in recruitment software, tools, and technologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
