Description

• Temporary, six-month position. • Work with stakeholders across the organization to support our culture of compliance. • Drive the Two Chairs Compliance program to adhere with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. • Define and implement compliance program infrastructure. • Direct operational projects to define or streamline processes and procedures, as needed. • Seek out creative solutions to operational challenges, manage competing priorities, and establish frameworks to set our teams up for success.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance is a must. • Ability to initiate, develop, maintain, and review policies and procedures for the operation of a healthcare compliance program and other similar activities to prevent unethical, illegal, or improper conduct. • Experience with healthcare compliance evaluation and auditing to recommend and execute strategies to provide necessary solution(s). • Experience maintaining compliance programs to comply with relationships with payors. • Supported payer audits and records management programs. • End-to-end project management experience, including from scoping to implementation and the ability to prioritize and perform multiple projects concurrently. • Experience supporting medication management or psychiatry business from a compliance perspective is a plus. • Experience with regulatory research and analysis, particularly in the behavioral health space. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Certification in healthcare compliance, such as CCEP, CHC, CHC-F, CHRC, or a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification, or successful completion of a graduate certification program in healthcare compliance, is a plus. • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite of products (Docs, Slides, etc.).
