Description

• Two Chairs is building a new kind of mental health system based on the idea that the status quo isn’t good enough. • Diversity, equity, and inclusion are the principles guiding how we build our business and teams. • As Two Chairs scales, we’re looking to add a Senior Analyst to our Business Operations team within the Finance organization. You’ll work closely with the VP of Finance and Director of Business Operations, company leadership, and partners across our financial planning, supply & demand operations, and clinical teams to drive meaningful business impact. Business Operations is focused on solving high-priority cross-functional challenges by using a highly analytical data-driven approach. • You’ll be responsible for creating complex financial models, growth planning, analyzing performance trends vs plan, and framing strategic decisions for executive audiences.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in investment banking, management consulting, or finance in a fast-paced environment • Experience in a healthcare environment (preferred) • Have a background in financial analysis with strong problem-solving skills, strong business intuition, and the capability to identify and synthesize insights from quantitative analysis • Enjoy thinking on your feet and can seamlessly adapt in a complex, continually evolving environment • Thrive on bringing diverse perspectives from cross-functional stakeholders together to create a shared solution • Are intellectually curious, highly self-driven and able to structure the unstructured • Have a team-first mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and dive in where needed; comfortable wearing many hats and managing competing priorities • Desire to work in a high-growth, mission-driven startup environment
