• Erstellung von Statistiken und Analysen sowie Ermittlung und Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen • Mitwirken bei der Budget- und Forecastplanung, -überwachung und Abweichungsanalyse • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Analyse von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäß HGB • Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung Finanz- und Controlling Reports • Enge abteilungsinterne sowie -übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und den Direktor:innen
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkten Controlling / Rechnungswesen / Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen • Operative Erfahrung mit einer Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware und entsprechenden Kontenrahmen • Routinierter Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Arbeit gemäß HGB • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
