Requirements

• You are able to drive a piece of work or conduct research with autonomy. • Are a strong independent contributor in either frontend or backend development and are capable of throughout the entire stack with support. • Understand the client's business, build relationships with our clients, and guide strategic decisions to make them successful • Communicate professionally and empathetically, solicit and provide feedback, actively offer help, and make sure everyone is aligned • Embrace new, and sometimes uncomfortable, responsibilities related to conducting and presenting your own work, prioritizing your day-to-day efforts, and communicating effectively with your teammates and clients • Take responsibility (even when no one asks) • Learn from everyone, no matter what their title is
