• Head of Engineering at TXI to grow internal software engineering strategy • Guide technical product development for clients • Deploy integrated teams to uncover insights from users • Showcase how innovative technology solves complex business challenges • Lead and develop a scalable engineering team • Ensure quality of products and processes on the team • Align engineering team with company goals • Manage engineering leads and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in digital experiences within a consultative setting • Strong background in delivering data products • Ability to move between strategic and tactical aspects • Proven expertise in inspiring and delivering quality work
