Description

• At Eigen Labs, we are building EigenLayer, the universal layer of decentralized trust. • As the VP of Engineering, you will lead and cultivate high-performing engineering, product, and design teams. • This role demands the ability to dive deep when needed, roll up your sleeves, and address critical challenges to keep the momentum going. • This position is fully remote or located with the largely Seattle-based team.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in crypto, service engineering and operations • Experience with protocols, services, and production security • Detailed technical knowledge based on experience as an individual contributor • Integrity and high standards with a collegial approach to work • Experience managing a staff, maintaining budgets, resolving conflicts, and communicating trade-offs and risks • Track record with excellent references
