Requirements

•BS degree or equivalent in CS or a related Engineering Field •8-10 years experience in software engineering management including knowledge of software design principles and leading software development practices (Agile/DevOps) •Experience in coaching line managers •Strong track record of getting things done •Excellent communication and collaboration skills •Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills •Experience leading by influence
