• Join the visionary team at Tamnoon and help us build the future of cloud security! • Tamnoon is a leader in Managed Cloud Remediation Services, combining human expertise with technology. • Seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead and expand engineering teams and oversee a talented team of 10+ engineers. • Ensure solutions are robust, secure, and future-ready while fostering a high-performing culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) in engineering leadership roles, with a strong background in cloud security. • Demonstrated expertise in designing and building secure, scalable cloud-based solutions, preferably in the SaaS or managed service space. • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and best practices in cloud security; CNAPP, CSPM. • Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, with a track record of developing and mentoring engineering talent. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in complex technical and business environments. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). • Experience with cloud security detection, vulnerability management, and/or threat intelligence (preferred). • Familiarity with automation and AI/ML in security applications (preferred).
