Description

• Support the full cycle of recruitment, including onboarding. • Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution. • Support performance appraisal processes and assist managers in employee development plans. • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and maintain accurate employee records. • Run payroll in collaboration with Finance, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. • Generate reports on HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends. • Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and a strong organizational culture. • Maintain and maximize usage of HR Information System.

Requirements

• Significant experience in HR, in a scale up environment or SaaS • Experience working in a multicultural business, ideally in a remote set up • Strong experience in employment law, employee relations and payroll management. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high attention to detail. • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
