•Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. •We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need with forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. •Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives 500 million responses every year—and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot. •We empower businesses to engage their users through personalized, interactive experiences. •Our innovative product allows teams to collect, analyze, and act on data more efficiently. •You will own Typeform’s Product-Led Growth strategy across onboarding, activation, and retention. •Your mission is to deliver exceptional value to our users by optimizing their journey from trial to active customer. •You’ll work closely with various teams to shape strategies, design experiments, and launch impactful initiatives that increase customer engagement, retention, and monetization. •You will be responsible for integrating PLG principles into our product, driving results by identifying growth levers and crafting seamless user experiences that lead to higher conversions and customer satisfaction. •Define and execute data-driven experiments that test hypotheses on product usage, feature adoption, and pricing, iterating on ideas to drive continuous improvement. •Develop and maintain a growth roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs that align with company-wide goals and key performance indicators.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments where Product-Led Growth is a core strategy. •A deep understanding of freemium models, trial experiences, onboarding flows, and monetization strategies. •You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable defining experiments, analyzing data, and drawing insights to support your decisions. •You’ve previously worked with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar. •Experience working closely with engineering, design, data science, product marketing, and customer success teams to drive impactful product changes. •You’re a natural collaborator who can align cross-functional stakeholders toward a shared vision and execution. •You always keep the user at the center of decision-making, using qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize features and solutions that add the most value. •Ability to test, fail fast, and iterate rapidly in an experimental environment, staying focused on continuous improvement and high-impact results. •You can translate complex data and product concepts into clear, actionable strategies for technical and non-technical teams.
