•5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments where Product-Led Growth is a core strategy. •A deep understanding of freemium models, trial experiences, onboarding flows, and monetization strategies. •You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable defining experiments, analyzing data, and drawing insights to support your decisions. •You’ve previously worked with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar. •Experience working closely with engineering, design, data science, product marketing, and customer success teams to drive impactful product changes. •You’re a natural collaborator who can align cross-functional stakeholders toward a shared vision and execution. •You always keep the user at the center of decision-making, using qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize features and solutions that add the most value. •Ability to test, fail fast, and iterate rapidly in an experimental environment, staying focused on continuous improvement and high-impact results. •You can translate complex data and product concepts into clear, actionable strategies for technical and non-technical teams.
