🎯 Requirements
• +5 years of experience managing organic social media with measurable success in increasing audiences, engagement, and leads • +3 years of experience managing LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. • +2 years of experience with video editing for social media. • Understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and content testing. • Experience repurposing existing content into social media posts. • Proactive communication skills and a "get-things-done" attitude. • Availability to work overlapping hours with Eastern Standard Time (at least 9 AM – 2 PM EST).
