🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Customer/Technical Support, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and comfortably in a remote setup • Motivated to find great solutions for customers with a service-oriented approach • Ability to quickly familiarize with new and complex technical issues, prioritize and organize • Ideally familiar with ticket and CRM systems (e.g. Jira, Salesforce) • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets • Experience working in an international team • Open to new ideas and approaches • Comfortable with researching new issues
