Description

• As a Deal Desk Analyst/Sr. Deal Desk Analyst, you will be the business liaison between the sales team and Legal, Custom Content, Customer Success and Finance teams to expedite sales proposals and internal approvals. • You understand revenue recognition rules and have demonstrated the ability to find creative, data-driven decisions. • You love to take on projects whilst figuring out ways we can operationally improve as a business and never losing sight of the long-term strategy and goals. • Creating partnerships within the company to help serve sales will be essential to success in this role.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Contract Management role, with a strong emphasis on pricing and deal optimization. • Proven ability to manage deal structures and pricing strategies while supporting broader strategic initiatives. • Strong document editing, process management, and systems skills. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to convey complex information clearly. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, with strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize effectively. • Comfort working in an environment with evolving products, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance requirements. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement. • Experience collaborating with remote teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and similar CRM tools. • Strong ability to adopt and implement new technologies and processes to drive team success. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
